Check the field rather than the source alone
Compare the pasted target and quantity with the approved row. A spreadsheet may contain labels, notes or formulas alongside the value an order form needs. Review the visible form after pasting, including the selected service, rather than assuming that a correct source row guarantees a correct submitted instruction.
Pause when a value is ambiguous
If the cell contains several links or an unclear quantity, ask the task owner to separate the instruction into explicit fields. Do not guess which entry was intended. Keep the final approved values together with the accepted order reference so later reviewers can distinguish the source note from the actual purchase.
